INTERNATIONAL GOLDBERG VARIATION CHARITY PROJECT ONLINE CONCERT
On behalf of the International Goldberg Variation Charity Project and the Leukaemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, we wish to thank all the contributing artists for their participation!
We hope that through this project, greater awareness is brought to the connection between music, sharing, and bringing our talents to serve the community. Music not only soothes our minds, enlightens our souls, but also connects us all beyond words. We hope this project sparks an inspiration for young musicians to share their wonderful talents and spur their imagination to create other possibilities to serve their communities. And that they also realize that they can learn and deliver an outstanding performance of a new piece of music with short notice, and to discover the intricate beauty of Bach's Goldberg Variations. Although Bach's Goldberg Variations is such an extensive work, with the combination of a team effort, we are able to bring it to life within a relatively short period of time as we infuse it with our unique personalities and artistic signatures.
In the performances below - we can appreciate the timeless beauty of Bach's Goldberg Variations, performed by different instruments, including the piano, violin, harpsichord, as solo and duo ensemble by artists from all over the world. Enjoy!
Regards
