* Only applicants who have received a notification that they have successfully passed the first round are eligible to apply

FAQ for Final Round

(1) For the final round, should I submit the same piece that I passed for the first round, or am I required to submit a different piece?
You have the option to submit the same piece or a different piece. You can choose whichever piece that reflects your best performance. However, it must be of the same instrument / category or genre.
Here are the guidelines:

EXAMPLE:
ACCEPTABLE
First round: Piano solo - Haydn Sonata in C major First movement 
Final round: Piano solo - Chopin Nocturne in C sharp minor

ACCEPTABLE
First round: Music Composition - Piece for Piano
Final round: Music Composition - Piano for Trumpet and orchestra

NOT ACCEPTABLE
First round: Piano solo 
Final round: Violin solo

NOT ACCEPTABLE
First Round: Piano Concerto
Final Round: Piano Duet

(2) When is the application deadline for the Final Round?
All applications - including payment, submission of application form and electronic score must be completed by the 18th March 2023 (before 23:59:59) otherwise your application will not be processed.
